Delivery
We use Couriers Please and Australia Posts Parcel Service
to deliver parcels and boxes Australia Wide.
All delivery can be tracked and insured against loss or damage.
Deliveries take between 5-10 working days.
Fees and delivery period may vary for the weight and distance from major city area.
Fees are shown in the shopping cart page and checkout pages.
If no one is present to accept your delivery,
you shall be left a calling card and your parcel or box
will be taken to your local post office for collection by you.
In the event there is a problem with stock for your order
we will notify you by email or phone if the order is going to be delayed.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Goods must be returned in original packaging and
they must be in an unused condition.
A store credit or full amount will be given excluding all delivery costs
within 7 working days.
To process a return, please complete our return form.
Damaged Items
If goods arrive damaged, please complete a return form within in 7 days from receiving goods. A reply paid address will be provided so the goods can be returned. The goods are then inspected and a replacement order is sent back to you.
